  1. Explanations and references to a wide array of infection control and related health and safety information. There are fill-in-the-blank questions designed to familiarize you with locations and procedures specific to your office and to aid comprehension.
  2. One-on-one or group follow-up discussion items to use as conversation starters with your office’s Infection Control Coordinator and/or employer.
  3. A short-self assessment to highlight the key points in each lesson and to evaluate your knowledge of your office’s procedures.
