How often are we required to do OSHA Training with staff? Besides new staff upon hiring.

There are various OSHA standards with varying training requirements, therefore one cannot make a generalization about training requirements. Ask OSAP recommends that you conduct a workplace assessment and determine which standards are applicable to your workplace (i.e., Bloodborne pathogens, Hazard Communication, etc.). Once that determination is made, then it is recommended that you determine what the specific training requirements are for each applicable standard.
